Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2-3 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the garlic, onion, and chilies. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the wok and add the cashews, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
