Ingredients

  • 1 cup plum sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pat the duck pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the duck pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the duck pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes per batch.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine the plum sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and water.
  7. Cook over medium heat until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
