Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them. Toss to coat the cucumbers evenly.
