Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
