Ingredients
- 500g pork kidneys, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 red chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and red chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the pork kidneys and Shaoxing wine, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the kidneys are cooked through.
- Pour in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt, stir to combine.
- Add the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
