Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets, such as cod or tilapia
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4-5 dried red chilies
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
- 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the dried red chilies, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion and tomatoes to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Pour in the fish or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
