Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets, such as cod or tilapia
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4-5 dried red chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece ginger, sliced
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the dried red chilies, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
