Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, red chili peppers, cumin seeds, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and salt. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
