Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 red chili peppers, sliced
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic, red chili peppers, cumin seeds, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and salt. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
