Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and brush them with olive oil.
  5. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
