Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
- Add tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
