Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
  2. Add tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
  3. Divide the chaat into serving bowls and garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
