Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green chili, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a karahi or deep skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, green chili, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
