Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 parathas or flatbreads
  • Sliced onions and green chilies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and cook on a hot grill or stovetop for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Warm the parathas or flatbreads on a skillet.
  5. Place the cooked chicken kebabs on the parathas, add sliced onions and green chilies, and roll them up tightly.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
