Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 parathas or flatbreads
- Sliced onions and green chilies for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and cook on a hot grill or stovetop for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Warm the parathas or flatbreads on a skillet.
- Place the cooked chicken kebabs on the parathas, add sliced onions and green chilies, and roll them up tightly.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
