Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/2 tsp mace powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, nutmeg powder, mace powder, cardamom powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers and brush with oil.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
