Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a karahi or deep pan.
- Add onions and cook until golden brown.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they change color.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add yogurt and green chilies. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and salt. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
