Lahori Keema (lahori Keema)
Lahori Keema is a traditional Pakistani dish that is popular in Lahori Cuisine. It is a flavorful and aromatic minced meat curry that is perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
- Now add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with naan or rice.
