Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  3. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
  4. Now add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with naan or rice.
