Ingredients

- 2 cups yogurt

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooking oil

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pot and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour in 1 cup of water, cover the pot, and let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves over the chicken before serving.
