Ingredients
- 500g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and bell pepper until slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the marinated paneer cubes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the sautéed onion and bell pepper to the paneer and toss everything together.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
