Ingredients

  • 500g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and bell pepper until slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, cook the marinated paneer cubes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add the sautéed onion and bell pepper to the paneer and toss everything together.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
