Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2-3 tbsp oil for basting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, gram flour, and beaten egg. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and mold each portion onto a skewer, shaping it into a long, cylindrical kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  3. Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium heat. Brush the kebabs with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are evenly browned and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and serve hot with naan, mint chutney, and sliced onions.
