Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup pickled tea leaves
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add pork pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in turmeric powder, paprika, and fish sauce. Mix well.
- Add pickled tea leaves, tomatoes, and green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in enough water to cover the pork and tea leaves. Season with salt.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the pork is tender.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
