Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pickled tea leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. Add pickled tea leaves, onion, tomatoes, and green chilies. Stir well.
  5. Season with fish sauce, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
