Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak fermented tea leaves in water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Shred cabbage, dice tomatoes, and finely chop green chili and garlic.
  3. Roast peanuts and sesame seeds until fragrant, then crush them lightly.
  4. Mix tea leaves, cabbage, tomatoes, green chili, garlic, peanuts, sesame seeds, and fried yellow split peas in a large bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar to make the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
