Lamb Kebab Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cubed lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the lamb is well coated with the spices. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
