Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, soy sauce, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the lamb satay hot with rice and peanut sauce.
