Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into chunks
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions

- Add the diced potatoes to the pot and pour in the chicken or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the lamb is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
