Lampeter Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
