Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb, red onion, and red bell pepper onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
