Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves

Instructions

- Add the bay leaves, cover the dish with a lid or foil, and place in the preheated oven.
- Cook for 1.5 hours, then remove the lid/foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes to brown the potatoes.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
