Lancashire Hotpot Heaven

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  6. Add the bay leaves, cover the dish with a lid or foil, and place in the preheated oven.
  7. Cook for 1.5 hours, then remove the lid/foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes to brown the potatoes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
