Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp roasted rice powder
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1-2 tsp chili flakes
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
- Sticky rice, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the shallots, green onions, cilantro, and mint to the cooked beef. Stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix the roasted rice powder, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Pour this dressing over the beef mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve the larb with lettuce leaves for wrapping and sticky rice on the side, if desired.
