Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and squid)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until just opaque.
- Pour in the white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.

- Top with half of the seafood sauce.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining seafood sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
