Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 250g bacon, diced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 200ml sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 100g butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles. Place a spoonful of the bacon and onion mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the filled buns on a baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
