Ingredients
- 2 cups buckwheat groats
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the buckwheat groats under cold water.

- Add the rinsed buckwheat groats to the boiling water and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the buckwheat is tender.
