Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 leeks, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced leeks and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
