Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 leeks, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Set aside.
