Ingredients
- 4 puffin breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the lava flow to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the puffin breasts with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the puffin breasts directly on the lava flow and grill for 30 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the puffin from the lava flow and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
