Lava Lava Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine coconut milk, garlic, lime juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, salt, black pepper, and cilantro to make the marinade.
