Ingredients
- 500g butter
- 300g condensed milk
- 8 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 200g flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Cream the butter and condensed milk together.
- Add in the egg yolks and sugar, and mix well.
- Sift in the flour and fold gently into the mixture.
- Divide the batter into different portions and add cinnamon powder, mixed spice powder, and vanilla essence to each portion to create different colored layers.
- Layer the different colored batters in a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes for each layer.
- Repeat the layering and baking process until all the batter is used up.
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool before slicing and serving.
