Ingredients

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and water to make a thin pancake batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladleful of batter to make a thin pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, feta cheese, and a pinch of salt to make the filling.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Grease a baking dish with melted butter.
  6. Place a pancake in the baking dish and spread a thin layer of the filling on top. Repeat with the remaining pancakes and filling, stacking them up to create layers.
  7. Brush the top layer with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
