Laz Borek (Λαζ Μπορέκ)

Ingredients

  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, parsley, dill, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 3-inch wide strips.
  4. Brush each strip with melted butter.

  6. Brush the triangles with more melted butter and place them on a baking sheet.
