Ingredients
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, parsley, dill, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 3-inch wide strips.
- Brush each strip with melted butter.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at the end of each strip and fold into a triangle shape.
- Brush the triangles with more melted butter and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
