Ingredients
- 2 cups dried lentils, rinsed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
