Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot with your favorite side dishes.
