Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta and 1 teaspoon of salt. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and remove from the heat. Cover to keep warm.
