Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup tahini dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken slices and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
