Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup tahini dressing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken slices and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
