Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat

  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak the bulgur wheat in water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground lamb, bulgur wheat, onion, olive oil, pine nuts, allspice, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
