Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like shape around a skewer.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the tahini dip by whisking together the tahini, lemon juice, water, cumin, and salt in a small bowl.
- Serve the kofta kebabs with the tahini dip and enjoy!
