Ingredients

  • 1 lb corned beef, finely ground
  • 1 lb pork, finely ground
  • 1/2 lb bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground corned beef, pork, bacon, onion, salt, pepper, and marjoram until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
