Ingredients
- 1 lb beef liver, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 slices of bread, crust removed and soaked in milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups beef or vegetable broth
Instructions
