Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cornstarch, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the roast pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
