Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork belly
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife.
  2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and salt in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the pork belly in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Roll the marinated pork belly and tie it with kitchen twine.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roast the pork belly for 3 hours, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
