Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork belly, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 cup garlic, minced
  • 1 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix lemongrass, spring onions, garlic, soy sauce, and calamansi juice to create the stuffing.
