Lefse Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 lefse flatbreads
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place a lefse flatbread on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a layer of mayonnaise and ranch dressing on the lefse.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on top of the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll up the lefse, tucking in the sides to create a wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining lefse and ingredients.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  8. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
