Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over each piece of lefse.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the marinara sauce.
- Evenly distribute the pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and onions over the cheese.
- Roll up each lefse and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
