Lemon and Herb Grilled Swordfish (Espadon grillé au citron et aux herbes)

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
