Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat the fish evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
