Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon myrtle leaves, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chopped lemon myrtle leaves for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
