Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the ricotta mixture onto a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and place another wrapper on top, pressing to seal.

- Drain the ravioli and toss them in the browned butter.
